I found an amazing fare which allows you to fly business class with Lufthansa or Swiss from Madrid to Bangkok (via Frankfurt or Zurich) for as little as EUR 1,092! Both airlines are rated 5* on Skytrax, so you’ll certainly enjoy their solid business class product (LH: on A340, LX: on 777).
There’s plenty of availability in May and June for the price below EUR 1,100. If you wish to book the flight for the second part of the year, it’s EUR 1,300 – still a very good price.

Star Alliance is havving a massive business class sale from Paris. You can fly to Asia, South America, Australia and Oceania starting from as little as EUR 970! As this is not an error fare, this is by far one of the best deals in a long time to these regions (30-40% of their ‚normal’ price).
Play around with GF to find even more destinations, I have only posted an excerpt of those, but it seems that Dubai, New Delhi, Hong Kong, Singapore, Lima, Bogota and Johannesburg are all also price below EUR 1,000!
In order to price the deal, you need to look for travel dates by June 30th 2020. As airlines are easing their rebooking policy amongs the COVID-19 crisis, you might treat it as an option to rebook and travel later in the year – read however carefully the rebooking rules, as LH (despite offering free rebooking) states, that the ticket must be issued in the same class, which could lead to significant charges if there’s no availability later in the year (note that these tickets go for EUR 2,500+ regularly).

Especially if you’re an avgeek and want to try out different cabins and aircrafts. Delta flies their 767 en route to Boston (pretty outdated product in my view). You can however choose to fly with Virgin on their 787 (decent option) or new A350 business class featuring an onboard lounge!

Guadeloupe-based Air Caraibes is offering amazing business class fares for direct flights between Paris and the Carribean from EUR 1,180! Interestingly, Air France matched their fares and is flying for just couple of euros more, e.g. to Havana for just EUR 1,226.
Without AF matching the fare, this would probably go without a fuss (Air Caraibes has only semi lie-flat seats on A330 and only their own mileage program), but with the great product (recently introduced new cabins!) and the mileage earned, why don’t pay up several bucks more and fly with Air France?

Singapore Airlines launched a massive business class sale from Stockholm to East Asia and Oceania region. You can travel from as little as EUR 1,437 e.g. to Singapore on their shiny A350-900 with just a technical stopover in Moscow.
When travelling from Singapore onwards, you will most likely have a chance to experience Singapore’s regional business class in their 787-10 (and I mean true business class, not the economy-a-like seats offered by the European carriers!)
